This vinyasa style class will enhance your ability to flow mindfully and functionally while linking breath to movement. This class begins with mindfulness and/or pranayama (breathing) techniques in order to settle the breath and the mind. Then, students will flow with awareness of functional movement and breath. Finally, class will conclude with a guided relaxation into savasana.
