HI! I’M LINDSEY.

I’m here to help you manage your nervous systems through yoga.

My style is not to deliver a physical yoga practice that you can drop into once in a while, but to help you leverage the depth of this ancient practice to support your emotional well being.

Busy lifestyles, demanding jobs and family responsibilities make it hard to get to studio classes. It can also be an intimidating experience, especially for a beginner.

But a trauma informed approach to yoga is an incredibly effective tool for managing the physical symptoms of anxiety and panic, and reframe mindset to maintain a sense of calm throughout your life.

I pride myself for making yoga accessible to all. Together we will create a practice that meets you where you are at. I believe that every body can access the benefits of yoga, and you don’t need 90 minutes to do so.

I am 500-hour certified with training in prenatal. I’ve also completed 100 hour Soulful Yoga Therapy Training in trauma informed yoga.
