  • It is virtual! With a live-online component.

  • Yes! This program is designed for all levels and abilities. And I truly mean that. Our intention with practice here is to regulate our nervous system and process stress through the body, not to get into fancy poses. I’ll also be guiding you through your meditation practice and heping you through any struggles.

  • No! All management levels are welcome. It’s important to build a culture of empathetic managers, and employees who advocate for healthy balance in the workplace.

  • We’ll meet weekly and you’ll rec’ive about an hour worth of content. Including lessons rooted in yoga principles, breath work, meditation and asana practices.

    If you can’t make one of our weekly meetings that is ok! All calls will be recorded and if you have a question you want addressed, drop it in the private Facebook group or send ahead of time to address on the call.

  • Call recordings will be available!

  • Individuals will get 1:1 coaching on the calls.
