sunday morning yoga PRACTICE (Virtual)

We’ll start class with an intention rooted in the first two limbs, the Yamas and Niyamas (ethical, external behaviors and self directed practices. We’ll then move through the next five limbs including, asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), pratyahara (sense withdrawl), mantra and meditation. We’ll end with an extended savasana to integrate the practice, representing samadhi or enlightenment.
