VINYASA @ PROJECT YIN

This mindful vinyasa flow will leave you feeling focused and energized throughout your day. We will start with an intention setting rooted in yoga's ancient practices and a chakra focus, move through seated postures, sun salutations and a standing flow with clear attention to breath and intuitive alignment clues and modifications for all levels of practitioners. Class will end with floor based postures and deep relaxation.
