Drawing on my personal experience of applying yoga tools and techniques to advance my own career, I will work with you to create the right experience for your team.

It’s no secret that there has been a greater emphasis placed on mental health over the past two years. In a 2021 study by Harvard Business Review, 76% percent of respondents reported at least one symptom of a mental health condition in the past year, up from 59% in 2019.

Notably the Covid pandemic has been incredibly stressful. Global events have taken a toll on top of employees facing their own personal traumas. The truth is, employees are bringing their whole selves to work.

Therefore, it is more important than ever for organizations to take an active role in supporting mental health.

 A combination of all three is recommended so that each person can engage in a way that works for them. Not everyone feels comfortable doing a physical yoga practice while that may be what others need.
